Dr. Sandte Stanley, PhD, MPH, MA
I am an insight-driven behavioral and social scientist with over a decade of experience helping organizations achieve their goals through strategic evaluation, stakeholder-centered research, and innovative curriculum development. My work has allowed me to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and design mixed-methods studies that inform policy, strengthen programs, and support meaningful stakeholder engagement.
My career has focused on advanced data analysis and taking pride in translating findings into actionable insights that create real impact. As a university instructor and technical trainer I have direct insight into what drives and motivates learners, creating dynamic learning experiences. With a wide range of transferable skills, I adapt to any subject matter, always with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and results. I have also been recognized for strong communication, mentorship, and my ability to bridge research and practice across diverse audiences and sectors.
I hold a PhD in Sociology from Washington State University, a Master of Arts in Sociology from Rice University, a Master of Public Health from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University.
