Washington State University

Sociology of Family course redesigned using Articulate 360

Redesigned an asynchronous Sociology of Family course using Articulate 360 to create an engaging, learner-centered experience grounded in adult learning principles. Led end-to-end instructional design, including content restructuring, learning activity design, and interactive module development to improve clarity, engagement, and knowledge application. Built a cohesive course environment that supported self-paced learning, clear learning objectives, and consistent instructional flow across modules.


Lyrik’s Institute

Program evaluation for a non-profit

Led a mixed-methods program evaluation for a nonprofit violence prevention initiative implemented across Kansas City public schools. Designed and conducted data collection, analyzed quantitative and qualitative findings, and translated results into actionable recommendations to strengthen program effectiveness. Partnered with program staff to refine content and implementation strategies based on evaluation insights, supporting data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

National Association of Chronic Disease Directors

Led unmoderated usability testing using UserTesting to assess navigation, content clarity, and visual design of the CDC/NACDD Cancer Screening Change Package. Synthesized qualitative insights from user recordings into clear UX and content recommendations, partnering with developers and SMEs to implement improvements that enhanced usability and accessibility.
